Who am I?
Hi, I'm Ella!
I came to this work through years of supporting kids in many different learning environments—traditional classrooms, outdoor education programs, and one-on-one tutoring. I’ve taught in schools, walked trails, and shared quiet moments with kids who were trying their best—but still feeling behind, overwhelmed, or misunderstood.
Again and again, I saw thoughtful, capable, creative kids—not lacking in potential, but missing the tools and support that fit the way they learn best.
That’s what brought me here.
I’m not here to fix your child. I’m here to support them in discovering what already works inside of them. To help them understand their own brain, build habits that match who they are, and feel proud of what they can do.
With a Master’s in Teaching and over 8 years of classroom experience, I bring structure, strategy, and professional know-how to my work—but more importantly, I bring presence, warmth, and the deep belief that every kid deserves to feel capable and confident in their own skin.
Coaching, for me, isn’t about pushing kids harder. It’s about helping them tune into their own rhythm, trust themselves, and try again with support.
I’m so glad you’re here and look forward to supporting your family.
